- Conducted quarterly disaster recovery simulations to verify file restoration integrity.

- Guaranteed a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of under 24 hours and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) under 2 hours.
- Successfully prevented data loss during two separate hard drive failure incidents.
